The kickboxing classes are focused to improve basic punching technique and footwork. The class also includes cardio circuits and drills to help improve coordination, balance, and strength endurance. Other things like footwork, stance, movement, kicking, punching, and defensive posture will be addressed for overall improvement. We have excellent coaches to give you proper instruction along with a full body workout and cardio exercise.
