Individual training allows us to address very specific issues. Whether it is a deficiency in the body or a muscular imbalance the program can be modified and adjusted easily to help ensure the highest level of training. A Functional Movement Screen as well as Athletic Performance Testing is also done before and through the course of training to help ensure the athlete is continually progressing and addressing any imbalances in the body. One of the greatest benefits to individual training is the flexibility of scheduling. Because the athlete is working one on one with the coach it allows us to cater more to the athletes changing schedule. Individual training also allows for goals to be addressed more specifically.
