"My son Drake started lifting with Ryan in the Spring of 2012. His improved strength and endurance gave him tremendous advantage, taking him to the Texas UIL State High School Finals. My Daughter Vianni competes in different forms of dance. She completed Ryan's summer program and as a result her legs a core became much stronger, allowing her to go to a higher level quickly."

"Ryan cares about the success of his athletes outside his training sessions. On several occasions Ryan attended my sons high school wrestling competitions and provided insight and coaching tips to improve performance. He even dissected film from one of the tournaments and provided specific instruction for improved performance."

I was reluctant at first because I had so many other things going on, Taekwondo, yoga, and running. My husband and my 12 year old son where thoroughly enjoying and talking about how knowledgeable Ryan was when teaching them corrective and technique that I just had to give it a try. I love it. I am getting stronger and learning running techniques, lifting and conditioning exercises, stretching before and after, and the mix makes the time fly and makes me feel like I'm getting a whole body workout. This is the greatest thing since Taekwondo!

Ryan is a great trainer who I have worked with for the last 2 years. His strength coaching helped me finish the Austin Half-Marathon in 1:47 and the Flower Mound Caveman Triathlon in 1:25, both in the top 10% for my age group. After having surgery in late 2014, Ryan tailored a strength program around my recovery and I am now setting PR's over my pre-op numbers.

I'm a 45 year old mother of 4. I started training with Ryan at ESC in December 2013. I was overweight, hadn't exercised regularly in years, and suffered from chronic fatigue. It was all I could do to drag myself out of bed each morning. I started working out 2x/week, then quickly increased that to 3x/week. Fast forward to one year later and I feel great! I've lost weight, my sleep has improved, and I'm not tired all the time. I'm stronger and have energy to do whatever I want. Even my mood and stress levels are better. Best of all, this is a program I can maintain. We do a different workout each day of the week, then Ryan plans a completely new program every 4 weeks. It's never monotonous or boring. Having a personal trainer makes it easy.......just show up, do the work, and you will see results.
